if a partnership firm has already registered in VAT and thereafter firm is taken over by PVT. Ltd. Co.. Is any CST number is required to Pvt Ltd Co. or it can do business with old CST No. aquired from partnership firm ?

yeah Pvt Ltd can do Business with OLD CST NO. ok they just need to Submit letter to....Vat Office regarding Partnership Firm taken over by Pvt ltd

The Pvt Company need to take new registration no. Since, the status of the firm has changed to a limited company.
