any one tell me the procedure for registration of trust under indian trust act for claiming exemption and tell me the requirements for registering trust and where we have to register the trust ?

you may register the trust deed with Register of assurance or district register or sub-register office. In some states of india specially you need to have additional registration under charity commissioner.
