A person has been providing Construction services as proprietor and he got registered with Service Tax with his existing firm name (Eg. X constructions). Now he starts a new business of man power consultancy with a name called (X Technologies) from the same premises.
should he get registered for the new concern seperately? because the existing is in the name of X constructions whereas this new business name X technologies.
