22 August 2011 is there a requirement to register a placement/recruitment agency with any govt. authority in delhi.
if there is requirement, what authority is required to be registered with.

1. Local Labour department
2. Provident fund
3. ESI
4. Service tax (Incase turnover exceeds Rs.9 Lakh)
