Dear Kalou Reply of your query:- In this query you have not mentioned that whether Rs40 Lakhs is adjustable with rent/refundable at the end of period. I am taking the view that is adjustable upto Rs.7 lakhs and balance refundable. You have to simply make a lease agreement mentioning the all facts. You may insert a clause in the lease agreement that "the company has invested by way of renovation in the house which is adjustable/refundable at the end of peiod. For the registration purposes you have to consult any accountant or any lawyer.
