Someone may please make me understand the requirement for Registration of Non-Assessees in ACES.GOV.IN portal.

Who has to seek such registration ?

17 November 2012 In case you don't have service tax no., then for the time being you case use Non- Assessee facility for service tax payment, or any other communication with department.
