Registration of Digital Signature at Income Tax Portal

19 August 2010 While registering Digital Signature Certificate at Income Tax portal, the following error is shown which does not enable me to file a Income Tax Return of the Company:-
This is your first return. Please register usinga new DSC with PAN issued after 01/08/2010.
