I had appeared TY Bcom exam of this year ( March, 2012. I want to take registration of CS Executive Program ( CS Inter ) is it possible??

No, You can register for CS executive programme, if
1. Pased CS foundation
2. Graduation basis
you are not covered under above, so u are not eligible to register herself in CS executive.
On the other hand you have time till October 2012 to register herself for June 2013 exam. and i guess till date u will complete ur graduation.

yes, you registred on provisional basic. when you get your final passed marksheet than send to ICSI and get / eligible to give exam of executive course.i am sending you link of executive programe.

Provisional regn in CS is not possible.
With TY BCOM marksheet you can get yourself with ICSI for CS executive.
