is it company own choice whether to register co. in BSE or in NSE or there is any requirement and how the decision is taken

21 February 2011 Yes...it is the choice of the promoters of the company to list in BSE/NSE ......but listing is a big process........certain parameters to be fulfilled to list in BSE / NSE
