28 March 2011 A Company takes car loans from bank against hypothecation of its cars. Whether company is required to register Charge u/s 125 of the Companies Act, 1956 ?

29 March 2011 It's not required as there is already a hypothecation clause included in the Registration book in favour of the Bank.
