when ST registration of authorized workshop (2 wheeler service station) is required?
is their any monetary limit for registration?

yes registration is requiered after crossing the limit of Rs 9 lakh and service tax is payable on every rupee of service tax after Rs 10 lakh i.e, upto Rs 10 lakh no service tax but registration must after crossing 9 lakh.

but i came to know authorized service stations provides services under brand name hence they have to get registered since commencement of business & pay ST.

yes you are rite if it is a authorized service station of any BRAND like honda tvs or any1. Then they won't get any exemoption
