I had registered for articleship under direct entry scheme by getting a deed dated 18th cotober 2012 for three years, but before completing the ITT and orientation courses. Because of that, my article registration was kept pending. When I completed both the courses, it was July 21st, 2013. As per the rules my registration was came into force from 21st July, 2013. As a result of this my 9 months (Oct-2012 to July 2013) articleship training has lapsed. My question is whether I should submit 103 form with new deed to the institute? If yes, tell me the detailed procedure regarding above query.
