Registration of a proprietorship firm

15 January 2013 I m not able to get one prop. firm registered in Service tax. actually i want to know whether the registration would be in prop own name or on his firm name. many times i have tried to register on firm name & i put the prop name in the field of "name of prop". then finally when i go for final submission it shows the massage "there can not be more then one proprietor".

can some one suggest its very urgent please.

23 July 2013 Fill up the same name as proprietor I think you can get it put the PAN Number of yours
