Sir i lose my article-ship registration letter & article-ship Card. how can i get duplicate of same?

Write a letter to icai that you have not recd registration letter and id card ask them to send duplicate ones,

for id card you have to take one more id card and fill it and get it signed by your boss and send to icai ...

make sure that you will give proper identification details (regn. number,name,father name,date of birh) so that they can find your details better
