Write a letter to icai that you have not recd registration letter and id card ask them to send duplicate ones, . . for id card you have to take one more id card and fill it and get it signed by your boss and send to icai ... . . make sure that you will give proper identification details (regn. number,name,father name,date of birh) so that they can find your details better
