Registration in cs website as a student

I m resently join cs executive, i got the sms from icsi about my registration no., now i want to register myself on icsi website. i tried to register but i couldnt.please some1 know me the procedure for registration.

With your id is ur registration number.. And forgot password as passwrd will b sent 2ur email then u can log in.

i have already followed this process...when i completed this process i got the msg that yr password is set now u can log in. but when i go to log in, they ask to follow the process again.wht should i do in this matter?
