Registration for excise duty

19 September 2014 Dear sir,

I am going to start a business which includes importing of computer parts and assembling them and sale under own brand name.

Will this be treated as manufacturing activity,which requires registration under excise law ?????

Please suggest as such as favorable.

12 November 2014 If then final product is falls under the deflation of MANUFACTURE then you need to apply for registration.
further details are required to determine manufacturing.
