14 May 2012 What is the procedure if we have forgotten User ID and Password which we require for Viewing Form 26 AS from NSDL's Website. We also do not remember our answer to security question.

14 May 2012 send a mail to validate@incometaxindia.gov.in alongwith the following details : PAN, First Name, Middle Name , Last Name, Date of Birth/Date of Incorporation, Father’s First Name, Father’s Middle Name, Father’s Last Name, Address as per PAN database, Mobile No., Registered email id.

You can also call CPC, Bangalore.

15 May 2012 For that you first need the password. Only then you can change the registered e-mail id.
