18 September 2014 i have my attempt for ca final in may 16 so i want to now whether i should register now or wait for changed syllabus

18 September 2014 you can wait..but in any case you need to register by atleast November 2015 so that you have a valid registration at the time of filing exam form. Goo chance course changes may not be notified by then
