09 September 2013 Case that
in 2012-13 T/O of Rs.1.93 crores.
But manufacturer didn't apply for excise registration.

Now he is willing to take Excise number as his t/o up to Aug 2013 is 78 lacks.

So how much penalty levied by dept.?

10 September 2013 Excise department can demand the excise duty with interest and penalty for the period of 2012-13 after 1.5cr. Before show cause notice if you will pay the duty with interest then penalty can waived.
