My Turnover touched 9 lakhs in last year. So I Applied for service tax online. But service tax was not alloted since I was not able to submit docs on Service tax department.
In Current year my turnover is 5 lakhs.
Question is: Am i liable to apply for service tax registration? Is there any penalty for non completing service tax registration.?
