25 October 2010 Just fill up the form attach PAN , and Memorandum and article of the company. for signatory ( power of attorny / resolution )

25 October 2010 You need to register in www.aces.gov.in and after getting the user & password login to www.aces.gov.in and fill the ST-1 online submit get the printout and along with printout enclose the ID proof( COI,PAN,MOA) and address proofs and submit to the department
