13 September 2010 I have started business of trading in gold,silver,artificial jewellery.my estimated monthly sales is 1.5 lakh.I have applied for PAN no.Whether VAT registration is required?IF yes,WHETHER i have to wait for PAN no.PLZ reply

29 October 2010 I presume that you are trading in gold silver ornaments, articles and semi precious stone. you should immediatly apply for Vat no in hariyana without waiting for allotment of pan number.
