Company A is registered with Central Excise as a Manufacturing unit. A, it self, is willing start to work as a trader. Is it required to get a separate registration?? Or is there any clause in Excise for the same?

If only the inputs are traded then as manufacturer you can remove the inputs as such. However if many other tiems involved it is preferable to obtian a dealers registration and also ensure stocks physically bifurcated and accounted separately.
