If a supplier of goods purchase inter state and supply within the state then the registration of gst necessary or not?? According to exception of Rs 20 lakhs turnover limit

No more restriction for purchase from other State and Sell it in intra state...
If you sell your goods in local State then no need registration if your turn over is less than 20lakhs...
But, you can't sell your goods to Inter State.
