Dear Sir, We are having GST registration in west bengal for our day to day business. We have a property in Delhi , that we have given on rent to one of our related party . We are actually confused how to raise bill. Should we charge IGST or we have to take separate registration for that property in Delhi and have to charge CGST & SGST as intra state supply?????
