If you are talking about GST, Yes ..... GST is PAN based number and it is an indirect tax. If your aggregate turnover is beyond threshold limit, register yourself.

Primarily -one GST number on one PAN in One state. If you are having more than 1 business in one state, you have an option to take separate GSTIN, provided you treat them separate business verticals.
