14 October 2013 According to officials of the Home Department of the Delhi Government, it has been made mandatory for all businesses offering private security services to obtain a licence from the government under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005, and the Delhi Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2009.
