Hi
The Notification issued by council on 23.02.2012 in which direct registration in IPCC facilities has been provided. The notification become effective on or from 45 days from publication of this notification. This notification become effective from 09.04.2012.
After that you can contact nearest institute for direct registration in IPCC.
