Registering a partnership / sole owner firm

21 June 2014 Hi,

I want to register a Partner ship firm in Ahmedabad, there are few Quires

1) Once the firm is registered for an intellectual services can the same firm be used for goods services (Purchase & Sales of goods)
2) If the same name firm is available but not in India can it be registered

3) What are the formalities that needs to be done

21 June 2014 partner ship register under the state act not the central act.

you can give clause IN PARTNERSHIP DEED FOR DOING BUSINESS AS MUTUL CONSENT BY THE PARTNERS.

FOR REGISTRATION OF PARTNERSHIP FORMALITY IS DIFF-2 ACCORDING TO STATES.
