I'm planning to open up a Private Limited company in chennai. Can anyone let me know the detailed proceedures for the same.

02 July 2012 Hello Arunji,
to inco a pvt company,
You are required to first of all obtain the DIN of the Proposed Directors
Applly for the Proposed Name of the Company in e-Form - 1A
after getting approved name,
Prepared MOA + AOA, and for better pratice pls. take consent of the proposed directors.
then file e-Form - 1, 18 , 32.
You will get Certificate of Inco.
For Public company same procedure except one,
for that after getting Certificate of Incorporation you have to also obtain Certificate of Commencement of Business.
