Can anyone tell me detailed procedure about relinqushment deed? How much value of stamp papers it required? Plz provide me its format if anybody having it and how it can be got registered?

I think, RD is registered through civil courts. No specific format is there. Better way is to consult some lawyer for this, because these are little sensitive issues.
