Does the MCA require Registered office proof for Pvt. Ltd. in form of ownership documents, lease documents etc or may be attested/notorized copies of documents.

Can the residential flat serve as registered office place for a Private Limited formation

08 February 2011 Yes a residential flat can serve as registered office of a Private Limited Company....there should not be any problem as such in my opinion.No proof as aforesaid to be furnished to MCA.
