I have incorporated a co. but by mistake in registered office plot no of comany say 98 not given can i rectify these but summiting new form -18 or any other way to rectify it
Yes it is possible. You have to pass a board resolution for this purpose as the same is equal to change in address as far as ROC compliance is concerned and then file form 18 with in 30 days of BM.
As correction in master data in ROC based on documentary evidence.
As in this case you have to submit approved form 18 along with Master Data correction request and your form 18 is showing incorrect address which is matching with incorrect address of Master Data itself. Hope you understand the problem...
