05 October 2009 A public company is having its Registered Office & corporate office in Mumbai.The Board of Directors of company wants to relocate the corporate office to New delhi , the registered office will continue to function in Mumbai. Please Advice.

To change corporate office nothing is required to be done as far as companies act and ROC is concerned.
