Can a single place be a registered office of numerous company??

Like:
Plot No 00, Sector 50, Gurgaon, Can be a registered office of 10 or more companies??

IT IS WRITTEN IN THE LAW THAT NAME OF THE COMPANY SHOULD BE MENTIONED VERY CLEARLY, SHOULD BE READABLE VERY CLEARLY AT REGISTERED OFFICE.

sO HO IT CAN BE POSSIBLE FOR A SINGLE PLACE TO PUT NAME OF EVERY COMPANY OR SAY 10 OR MORE COMPANY. IT SEEMS TO BE IMPRACTICABLE.

In the act no where it is prescribed that one registered office should be only for one company. The act is silent about it.
Practically number of companies having the same registered office for many companies but Why the number of companies incorporated at the same registered office where business actually not carrying on it shows the malafide intention of the promoter or director….
Further if any inspection held by ROC (or any other competent authority), it will be there own discretion how they will take the action…
So its better to keep yourself alert and avoid the activities which consequences may be injurious….
