15 October 2009 We are going to issue debentures shortly, my doubt is how to allocate registered folio number to various allottees, also how to manage this register properly

15 October 2009 Don't worry.

Start folio from 1 if company is issuing debenture for the first time.

You may buy a register from the market and maintain physically.

Use search facility of caclub to find out soft copy of debenture register.
