Registeration under central excise

18 February 2014 I am selling cement bags under my own trademark, which the same I am procuring from the other unit who process and manufacture the cement on my behalf(JOB WORKERS).
So Do i need to get myself register under Central Excise Act??
If yes how can I issue invoice and How that job worker will issue invoice for passing on the credit??

19 February 2014 You are covered under central excise, no need to pay excise duty upto the turnover of 1.5cr.

20 February 2014 but co is not doing manufacturing and processing of cement then also it is covered under excise..

how to issue invoice then???
