Is it mandatory for Pvt. companys also to register all it's resolutions ?

Every resolution is not required to be registered with ROC.

List of compulsorily registerable resolution are given in section 192(4) of the companies act, 1956.

You have to file form 23 with ROC within 30 days of passing resolution as read with section 192(4).
