I have one client which is a company. It has sold some equipments to trust. Now one of the director is managing trustee of that particular trust. so as per the definition of relative whether that transaction is to be entered in register under section 301.?

If section 297 or 299 applies to Company,then the transaction between company and trust should be recorded in 301 register. You have not mentioned whether your client is Public or Private Company. First check it,whether section 297 or 299 applies to your client or not.
