Dear friends we want maintain a register of resolutions which we are passed during this year, so we request to you please help us how to maintain it.

There is nothing called register of resolution in any statute. Only minute books are required to be maintained. But you may keep a memorandum register just to keep details of resolution passed like date of passing, subject and type of resolution etc.
