dear sir I send an email to validate@incometaxindia.gov.in for recover a e-filing password with pan no,name,dob, f/name and address but the replies from e-filing administrator said that " we only shared e-filing password with registered e-mail id only" but I recover many password recovered in same way on request from assessee. please advice me how i solve the problem? what is registered email id. thanks........

Registered email id which is given while registering PAN with income tax website. incase email id changed while requesting reset password, there is option to change the email id also. change that time, then the reset link will come to new mail id

dear respected sir thanks for your valuable replies. but how I reset password assessee already registered with other practitioner and I have no any information. but services by other person is not so well so assessee come to me and request to submit his/her return. now any way to solve the assessees and my problem and give him better services? please advice me if any way. thanks.......

You better call to "EFILING" help line and ask for their guidence on how to file return
in case of unable to access to registered mail id..they may guide you some better .. . now under validate it is sending reset password only to registered mail ids..
