As I am constructed one building which is belonging to Six flats out of that Five flats i want to be sold and one kept for me.
Please give me a suggestion whether I require registration no. and collection of service tax

23 May 2012 No need to pay service tax, Not covered under 'residential complex' definition as no. of units are less than 12.
