IAM SSI DEALER SHORTLY CROSSING 1 CRORES TURNOVER WHETHER I SHOULD GET REGD UNDER CENTRAL EXCISE ACT IF NOT WHAT IS THE MINUM LIMIT NOT LIABLE FOR REGISTRATION

the ssi exemption is not available for trading of goods. If you have to pass the excise duty then need to registered with excise other wise no need to registered with excise department.

IF I AM MANUFACTURER WHAT IS THE MINI8MUM LIMIT BECAUSE PART OF TURNOVER IF MANUFACTURE

If you are manufacturer then upto 1.5cr no need to take registration and duty payment.
