i have joined articles but not registered.now i completed 6 months. now i want to register for articles by paying penalty rs 300/- and my stipend is not paid through cheques then what documents should be submitted to get registered for articles

explain your issue in a covering letter explaining reason for delay in sending form 103 . . and send form 102(stamp paper) for agreement with boss for working as article . . work diary for the 6 months means for these 6 months what work you have done which was attested by your boss . .
