Hi Everyone
Actuval i need to pay 1400000.00 as per monthly rent, as mutuvall understanding between me(lessee) and lessor, we make agreement as (70000.00)as rent and (70000.00) as aminities and furniture
I am dedcuting 10% tds on rent, do i need to deduct 10% on aminities or not?
Can any one Suggest me.

As per section 194I rent includes any payment for the use of furniture and fittings also. So you in need to deduct tax on entire amount.
