Regarding transfer of articleship after one year

Sir, i am in second year of articleship. I took leave for more than 3 months for my fathers treatment. And my father requiires additional treatment. So can i take transfer on medical ground for my fathers treatment? and my boss have agreed for the same and given me no objection certificate

Yes u can take transfer on medical grounds but subject to approval of ICAI
