10 April 2016 Can anyone help me with a question regarding the Excise applicability. I mfg. branded trouser with own brand name & Mrp. exceeds Rs. I000/-.

12 April 2016 Yes, excise duty will be applicable but you can avail the SSI exemption upto 1.5cr.
