05 January 2011 If serice tax amt is charged in the bill of rent paid then

Is tds is deducted on the bill amount or otherwise?

05 January 2011 TDS to be deducted on bill amount exclusive of Service tax i. e. TDS not deductible on service tax part.

06 January 2011 agree with u in earlier case

but in case of payment except rent.........
Is tds is deducted inclusive of S.tax?
