15 February 2012 gud afternoon sir,
we hire a printer for office use. and monthly bill of rent 2000 per month. than no tds on rent. but he give us monthly toner service and repairing bill.than sir will i deduct tds u\s 194c in repairing and toner refilling bill.

15 February 2012 Monthly rent of Rs.2000 will not exceed the threshold limit of Sec,194I, So no need to deduct tds on hire of computer

For repairing bills based on amount sec,194C may apply,
