Sir,
A Pvt Company recieved income from house property and no other business income earn by the company during the financial year 2009-10. amt of rent from property is Rs. 62 Lakh, whether Tax audit is required or Not.....

It is depending on whether your company showing income as under house property income or business income.
Section 44AB is applicable only "Audit of accounts of certain persons carrying on business or profession"

If the rental income is not treated as Business income than there wont be taxed audit....
